Welcome Golden Child

Please join Kristen and I in welcoming our new baby girl into this world and into all of our lives.

Kristen was amazing, drawing on unbelievable strength, and laboring over the last three days to produce a health, happy, and super cute little girl -- arriving yesterday September 6th, at 12:55 PM (through a natural child birth). I always knew that Kristen had strength, but watching her labor and seeing the depth of her inner-being has deepened my love her in ways I could not have imagined.

For now, our new 9 lb 14 oz baby (that's right... almost 10 pounds of love!) is remaining nameless... we have a short list, but intend to get to know her first. Right now we are just thankful for every moment, and way too tired to make any more choices. We will likely be remaining at the hospital until Tuesday to get some much needed rest and recuperation.

For those of you who were wondering, this is better than burning man.

Love and Peace! More updates to come...

  5. I was wondering if she would make her appearance while the man was burning, but I'm happy that she came out during the serene morning after, when all the soul's exterraneous material has burned away. What a fresh new start for all and a wonderful birthday. Love to all three.

  9. Louise and I are so excited for you two (+2). Here all this time we had just thought Kristen was eating too much and getting fat... There was a baby in there, now it all makes sense.

We are extremely excited to meet nameless Golden and begin spoiling her. Hope everyone is getting some sleep.

    Congratulations from the "Howdy Neighbors"!!!
